CATHERINE MARIE

This grand and elegant 95' yacht is custom-designed for large corporate functions and wedding receptions.  Featuring 3 spacious decks, she is the perfect venue for your special occasion.  The first and second decks are enclosed and climate-controlled for your cruising comfort.  The decks also feature a large mahogany bar and seating for your guests.  The upper deck spans nearly the full length of the boat and is open to the sun and stars.

For dining, dancing, or mingling with your guests, Catherine Marie is the flagship of the Chesapeake Bay.

• Cocktails: 240 guests during warm weather months, up to 150 guests during cooler months
• Buffet: 100 guests seated, all on one deck; 175 guests seated using all 3 decks
• Seated Dinner: 120 guests seated on one deck (additional table and chair rental required)

THE CABERET II

Entertain your guests in style. Bistro tables and a large mahogany bar accent her main deck creating the warmth and elegance of a private club lounge. The upper deck features a handsomely furnished sitting room adjacent to the captain's station. French doors lead to a furnished open deck—perfect for enjoying the scenic beauty of the Chesapeake Bay.

• Cocktails: 100 guests during warm weather months, up to 60 guests during cooler months
• Buffet: Up to 80 guests using two decks
• Seated Dinner: Up to 30 guests using main deck

LADY SARAH

As the newest member of Watermark's fleet, this custom-built, power-catamaran is designed to escort your guests with style and speed.  Intended to offer flexible use of space, this 65' luxury yacht features a climate-controlled lower deck and an upper deck that is open to enjoy the view. Rich tones of dark blue leather and Spanish cedar accents create an understated nautical décor appropriate for casual and formal entertaining.

• Cocktails: 100 guests during warm weather months, up 60 guests during cooler months
• Buffet: Up to 85 guests using two decks
• Seated Dinner: Up to 50 guests on the main deck

HARBOR QUEEN

A true Annapolis landmark reminiscent of riverboats past, Harbor Queen is the absolute party boat with ample space for your guests to dine and dance under the stars. A popular venue for fundraisers, reunion groups, and theme parties, Harbor Queen is available for private charter outside of her regular tour schedule (link to 40-minute tour schedule)

• Cocktails: 225 guests during warm weather months, up 100 guests during cooler months
• Buffet: Up to 150 guests using two decks
• Seated Dinner: Not recommended aboard Harbor Queen
• Crab Feast: Up to 50 guests

ANNAPOLITAN II

This former glass bottom boat now cruises the Chesapeake Bay. Diner-style seating makes her a match for any informal occasion or day long destination excursion. The main deck is climate-controlled and features built-in booth style seating. The upper deck is open with bench style seating, a popular spot for viewing the scenic Severn River and the Chesapeake Bay.
